* HEAD OF SALES ENABLEMENT:
Led education efforts for 30k person technology company (ams OSRAM - semiconductors). Responsible for instructional design, technical training curricula,  training portal management, trade show technical lead,  product education and sales tools. 

* FIELD APPLICATIONS ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT: 
Senior Manager responsible for 20+ geographically dispersed FAEs. Recruited, trained and motivated diverse team. Provided deep technical support to customers and technical distribution partners. Held this position with both ams OSRAM and Avago (former Infineon, LSI, Agere, Lucent).

* REGIONAL SALES MANAGER / FIELD SALES ENGINEER:
Led all sales activities within a 17 state territory and Eastern Canada. Supervised activities with 100+ Sales Reps and Distribution partners. Held this position with both ams OSRAM and Avago (former Infineon,  LSI, Agere, Lucent).

* DISTINGUISHED MEMBER OF THE TECHNICAL STAFF - AT&T Bell Labs. 
Performed electrical engineering R&D activities including hardware PCB design, Digital signal processing firmware development and systems engineering. Patented nine inventions.

* SCOUTMASTER: Served in three different troops over 12 years. Helped to build character, skills and confidence with 100+ young men. Also served as Sponsoring Executive and Scout Comm Chairman.

* RED CROSS VOLUNTEER:
Have served 10+ years as  Disaster Action Team member (DAT). Worked as public affairs spokes-person and mass care shelter worker. Served as videographer.
